A. Shipping Costs

– We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
– Free return shipping is also included for all eligible returns.


B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

– Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT, London). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
– Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) before dispatch.
– Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday) via Royal Mail.


C. Delivery Terms

– We ship exclusively via Royal Mail to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
– Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.


D. Change of Address

– We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit.
– If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at neokit@support.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order.


E. Cancellations

– If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, please contact us immediately.
– If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.


F. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:
– Refuse the delivery if possible and notify us immediately.
– If accepted, contact us at neokit@support.co.uk with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.


G. International Orders

– At this time, Neo Kit only ships within the United Kingdom.


H. Tracking Information

– Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
